Goals

Community

By December 31, 2005, 100% of MRGC's volunteer and leadership needs will be met continuously.

Facilities

By  2010, MRGC will be established in facilities that fully support our Montessori community.

Financial

Annually, the MRGC operational, capital and supplemental funding sources support the needs of our exemplary Montessori school and are implemented with complete financial accountability.

Human Resources

We will continually enrich our Montessori community by developing all our human resources based on the Montessori philosophy/method that is appropriate for their roles within our community.
