FAQs

  • Montessori of the Rio Grande Charter School strives to provide the best education to its students. Unfortunately, each year there is a budget shortfall between the funds provided by the state and the cost of running a Montessori program. Funds raised by the Friends of Montessori Foundation help close this gap and ensure that we keep talented Instructional Assistants and low student-to-teacher ratio. This ratio is essential to nurturing our students’ passion for learning. Any additional funds go toward providing a well-rounded curriculum, including music and wellness instruction.
